The HR Trainer is responsible for planning, delivering, and evaluating training programs that support employee development, organizational effectiveness, and HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify training needs in coordination with HR and department managers
Design and deliver training programs (onboarding, soft skills, behavioral, compliance)
Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions
Prepare training materials such as presentations, handouts, and assessments
Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports
Evaluate training effectiveness and suggest improvements
Support employee engagement and learning initiatives
Skills & Competencies:
Strong communication and facilitation skills
Ability to engage participants and manage group discussions
Basic instructional design and training methodology knowledge
Good organizational and coordination skills
Comfortable using MS PowerPoint and virtual training tools
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Training, Education, or related field
2-5 years of experience in training, L&D, or HR roles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
