Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive and effective training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one mentoring.
Design and continuously update course materials, assignments, and projects based on current HR industry standards.
Facilitate experiential learning using real-world HR scenarios, case studies, and practical applications.
Monitor student performance through assessments and feedback, and provide personalized support to improve outcomes.
Guide students in career readiness areas such as internships, resume development, and interview preparation.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback.
Stay up to date with evolving HR trends, tools, and best practices to enhance training quality and effectiveness.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Trainer or in a similar role involving student training, mentoring, or curriculum development.
Bachelor's or Master's degree
