Job Title : HR Trainer

Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Trainer to join Edwin Academy in Calicut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating HR-related training programs that help students and professionals develop critical HR skills. You will play a key role in shaping future HR leaders by providing engaging, practical, and up-to-date training sessions.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and deliver HR training modules covering core areas like recruitment, payroll, labor laws, performance management, and employee relations. Train and mentor students in HRM tools, interview techniques, HR analytics, and related platforms (e.g., HRIS, Excel, SAP). Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends, labor laws, and best practices. Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to learners. Collaborate with academic and placement teams to align training content with industry needs. Organize workshops, mock interviews, and HR simulation activities. Maintain training documentation and student progress records. Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resource Management or related field. 2+ years of experience in HR training, teaching, or corporate HR role. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software. Passion for teaching and mentoring future HR professionals. Preferred Qualities:
Certification in Training & Development or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, TTT). Experience in academic institutions or HR training institutes. Ability to engage students through practical and interactive learning methods. How to Apply:
