Assist in planning and organizing employee training sessions.
Conduct onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
Support senior trainers in preparing training materials and presentations.
Help in collecting feedback and maintaining training records.
Coordinate with different departments to schedule training programs.
Learn and understand HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
Any degree
(fresh graduates are welcome to apply 0-1 year ).
Good communication and presentation skills.
Strong interest in training, learning, and people development.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good teamwork skills.
