The HR Trainee - Recruitment will assist the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or students looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and campus recruitment
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback
Support onboarding documentation and joining formalities
Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics
Participate in employer branding and recruitment drives
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
