Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Source and screen resumes from job portals and social platforms
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and maintain candidate databases
Support bulk hiring drives and documentation for onboarding
Prepare weekly recruitment status reports and dashboards
HR Data Handling & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee and candidate data in Excel/HRMS
Generate reports for internal HR audits and MIS
Assist in organizing and digitizing HR records
Training Structure Phase 1: First 3 Months - Training (Unpaid)

Recruitment Lifecycle
- sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
Data Handling
- Excel-based reporting, candidate trackers, and HR records
Mentorship and training from HR professionals
Free access to software training (Revit, Tekla, Navisworks - optional bonus)
Phase 2: Next 3 Months - Paid Training
