Job Description

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative and HR operations. This role helps with recruitment, employee records and ensuring company HR policies are followed.

Key Responsibilities:



Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave, and documentation) Support onboarding and exit processes (joining formalities, documents, ID cards, exit interviews) Assist in payroll preparation by providing attendance, leave, and employee data Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Support performance appraisal and training coordination Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation (offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, etc.) Coordinate with vendors for HR-related services when required

Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree (BBA in HR preferred) Fresher (Trainee) Basic knowledge of HR Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Pay: ?14,170.00 - ?15,756.00 per month
