Job Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and screening
Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding and induction processes
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll-related tasks
Provide general administrative support to the HR department
Job Requirements
Graduate or pursuing a degree in HR, Management, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
