Job Description

Key Responsibilities :-



Assist in

recruitment activities

, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates Support

onboarding and induction processes

for new employees Maintain and update

employee records, HR databases, and documentation

Assist in

attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination

Support

employee engagement programs, events, and activities

Help prepare

HR reports, presentations, and MIS reports

Assist in

training and development initiatives

Ensure compliance with

company policies, labor laws, and HR procedures

Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹10,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

HR Trainee: 1 year (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
