Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media and referrals.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interview panel.
Support in completing onboarding formalities and documentation.
Prepare and update employee records.
2. HR Operations
Maintain attendance, leave records and employee databases.
Support in drafting HR letters, notices and communication.
Assist in maintaining HRMS and updating employee details.
Help in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed.
3. Employee Engagement
Help organize employee engagement events, celebrations and activities.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and share insights with the HR team.
4. Training & Development
Coordinate internal training sessions and maintain training calendars.
Prepare training-related reports and track participation.
5. General Administration
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Coordinate with internal departments for HR-related requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Management or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
