will support the Human Resources team by assisting with day-to-day HR operations and learning key HR functions. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other HR activities. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in posting job vacancies and screening resumes.
Support the scheduling and coordination of interviews.
Help maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases.
Assist with employee onboarding, including document preparation and orientation logistics.
Participate in organizing employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
Support payroll and attendance data collection.
Respond to basic employee queries under supervision.
Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Learn and adhere to HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in
Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices is an advantage.
