Key Responsibilities:
Assist in attendance management, maintaining records and ensuring accuracy.
Support the HR team in recruitment activities such as sourcing, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in project manpower onboarding processes, including documentation and induction.
Support in exit formalities for employees, ensuring smooth completion of processes.
Respond to and assist in resolving employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities to promote a positive work environment.
Provide general administrative and coordination support to the HR team as required.

Pay: ₹9,238.19 - ₹15,000.00 per month
