We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated HR Trainee to be a part of our HR department and provide assistance with recruitment activities and administrative tasks. This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
Assist with all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain both hard and digital copies of employees' records.
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas.
Coordinate training sessions and meetings.
Support other assigned functions of the HR department.
