Understand client requirements and job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Coordinate with clients for feedback and hiring updates.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates for interview attendance and offer acceptance.
Support in offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Required Skills
Fresher to 1 year in HR / Recruitment
Good communication skills (English & local language).
Basic knowledge of recruitment process (preferred).
Willingness to learn and grow in HR field.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
