Screening and Assessment: Conduct initial candidate screenings and assessments, including resume reviews and phone interviews, to ensure candidates meet basic qualifications and align with our company culture.
Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by collecting necessary documentation, conducting background checks, and providing a smooth transition for new hires.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment metrics. Generate reports to track the progress of recruitment efforts.
Employer Branding: Participate in employer branding initiatives to enhance our company's reputation as an attractive employer. Contribute to social media campaigns and recruitment marketing efforts.
Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws and regulations related to recruitment, ensuring our processes remain compliant at all times.
Qualifications
