to join our HR Department for a 6-month internship program with a strong possibility of full-time placement based on performance. The trainee will support various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and internal references.
Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers and daily MIS.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits.
Conduct joining formalities and maintain employee personal files.
Support induction sessions for new employees.
3. HR Operations
Maintain attendance records and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
Support payroll documentation and leave management.
Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records.
4. Employee Engagement
Support HR in planning events, celebrations, and engagement initiatives.
Handle internal communication and announcements.
5. Training & Development Support
Coordinate training schedules and feedback collection.
Assist in maintaining training records and improvement plans.
Skills & Requirements
Any graduate/postgraduate pursuing or completed HR/MBA/Management studies.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Quick learner with a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of HR processes is an added advantage.
