Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Trainee - Recruitment to join our Human Resources team. This role will focus on end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding support for various departments, especially for factory and frontline roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in understanding manpower requirements from department heads Post job openings on relevant job portals, social media, and internal platforms Source resumes using job portals, referrals, campus drives, and social media Screen candidates through phone interviews and shortlist qualified profiles Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads Maintain candidate records and provide timely status updates Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding documentation Support mass/factory recruitment activities and walk-in drives Maintain recruitment trackers and generate weekly hiring reports Assist in employer branding and engagement initiatives
