Key Responsibilities:
Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn).
Support in screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate and assist with employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.
Help organize employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Provide support in payroll inputs and attendance management.
Assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks and projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (pursuing or recently completed).
Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
