Job Description

Looking for proactive and enthusiastic HR Freshers who will start as HR Interns for the first 3 months, progress to HR Trainee for next 6 months and then transition into a full-time HR executive. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to build a strong foundation in HR and develop into a complete HR professional.

You will assist in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, HR operations, and employee engagement while learning end-to-end HR processes in our fast-growing organisation with the vision of social empowerment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:



Support the recruitment team in sourcing and screening candidates Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication Assist with maintaining HR databases, trackers, and documentation Support onboarding activities such as documentation and induction coordination Help organise employee engagement initiatives Learn HR processes, policies, and compliance basics Promote our organization's mission-driven culture and enhance employee satisfaction Support internal training & development initiatives focused on professional upskilling and employability

Required Skills:



Basic understanding of HR concepts Eagerness to learn and take initiative Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and build trust Organizational and time-management skills Analytical mindset and attention to detail Basic Excel & documentation skills

Qualifications:



Passion for a career in HR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field Prior internship experience in HR is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Strong passion for working in a socially-driven organization
