Take JD / requirements from client or internal hiring manager.

Must have own LAPTOP & WI-FI

10AM-7PM & MON-FRI, Remote/ Work From Home

Clarify skills, experience, budget (CTC), location, notice period, must-have & good-to-have skills. Use Naukri & LinkedIn Use correct keywords / Boolean search for niche skills Do telephonic / virtual screening Check technical fit at basic level (as per JD). Check communication, stability, notice period, salary expectation. Share properly formatted CVs with clear summary, current CTC, expected CTC, NP, location, etc. Ensure candidate is genuinely interested and will attend interview. Schedule interviews with client / hiring manager. Share interview details clearly with candidate (time, mode, link, SPOC, role). Help in salary negotiation between client & candidate. Ensure candidate accepts offer and joins on planned date. Keep regular touch to reduce no-shows / dropouts.
