: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to prior experience in recruitment who are eager to build a career in Human Resources.

Roles & Responsibilities
:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination).
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interactions to assess suitability.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases/Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
BYLD GROUP Requirements
:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2-3 months
of experience in recruitment (internship/trainee experience preferred).
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
