Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate database and track application status.
Support onboarding process for new hires.

Administrative Tasks
Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
Coordinate logistics for meetings, training sessions, and office events.
Handle courier dispatches and pickups for HR/admin documents.
Assist in banking tasks related to HR payments or reimbursements.
Liaise with external service providers (e.g., insurance, housekeeping, facility vendors).
Accompany senior staff for official errands or field visits when required.
Manage office supplies and ensure timely procurement.
3.
Attendance & Leave Monitoring
Track daily attendance and flag irregularities to HR Manager.
Maintain leave records and ensure timely updates in HRMS.
Generate weekly/monthly attendance reports for review.
Follow up with employees for missing attendance entries.
4.
Employee Engagement Support
Help organize employee engagement activities and feedback sessions.
Assist in collecting and analyzing employee satisfaction data.
