Support in managing contract labour documentation and coordination.
Help in handling employee queries and promoting a positive work environment.
Assist in HR policy implementation and record keeping.
Support health & safety initiatives and awareness programs.
Prepare basic reports and assist during audits or inspections.
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of labour laws (preferred).
Willingness to learn and work in a team.
