Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end IT recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
Draft and post job descriptions across job portals and social platforms
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain recruitment data and trackers using Excel and HR tools
Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates
Support in building a strong candidate pipeline for technical and non-technical roles
Eligibility Criteria
MBA in HR (Freshers encouraged to apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of IT recruitment and HR tools
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Must be comfortable with on-site work in Mohali, Punjab
Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn recruitment best practices
