About the Role



We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling core HR functions and a passion for managing people processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities



Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews. Maintain employee records and HR databases. Handle onboarding and induction processes for new employees. Support in payroll preparation and attendance management. Coordinate employee engagement activities and events. Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. Address day-to-day employee queries and provide HR support. Assist in performance management and appraisal processes

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2-6 month of HR experience (preferably in recruitment and employee engagement). Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools/software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
