About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Recruitment and HR Operations team. This remote internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in HR functions, especially in talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support:
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the recruitment database.
HR Operations:
Assist in employee onboarding (documentation, induction process, etc.).
Support in maintaining HR records and databases.
Help in drafting HR policies, employee engagement activities, and reports.
Provide support in day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Own laptop and stable WiFi connection.
