The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in various tasks and projects related to recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. This role offers hands-on experience in HR processes and procedures, providing an opportunity to develop essential skills for a successful HR career.
Key Responsibilities
Screen resumes and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates regarding their application status.
Assist in conducting initial interviews or assessments, as required.
Assist in handling employee inquiries and concerns, escalating complex issues to HR management as necessary.
Support HR initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work environment and employee relations.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus.
