The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.

Sourcing & Screening resumes from top job portals. Conducting telephonic interviews. Conducting face-to-face interview rounds with company managers. Lining up candidates based on shortlisting. End-to-End Recruitment. Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills. With good spoken and written English communication skills. With good interpersonal skills. General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country. Skills in database management and record keeping. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality. Must have knowledge of Recruitment.

Pay: ₹10,583.34 - ₹34,009.54 per month
