Conducting telephonic interviews.
Conducting face-to-face interview rounds with company managers.
Lining up candidates based on shortlisting.
End-to-End Recruitment.
Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills.
With good spoken and written English communication skills. With good interpersonal skills.
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
Skills in database management and record keeping. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
Must have knowledge of Recruitment.
