2. Insurance Management (GHI, GPA, GTL)
Support in processing insurance additions, deletions, and corrections for Group Health Insurance (GHI), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Group Term Life (GTL).
Liaise with insurance providers for both HID AIR & Aeroflex employee groups.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of HR initiatives.

Support in organizing team-building activities and events.

Administrative Support - Corporate Travel
Assist in managing corporate travel bookings and documentation.
Coordinate with travel agencies
Maintain travel records and prepare travel reports as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience in HR.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Flexible and adaptable to different HR functions and administrative tasks.
