Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition processes (posting job openings, scheduling interviews). Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing welcome materials and assisting with orientation. Maintain and update employee records in HRMS Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees. Conduct research and prepare reports on various HR-related topics. Help with employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback collection. Handle HR-related documentation and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Support day-to-day HR operations, including responding to employee queries and providing administrative support. Assist in organizing company events and activities for team building and employee engagement.

Qualifications:



Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

Pay: ?12,000.00 per month
