As an
HR Trainee
, you will work closely with the HR team and gain practical experience in day-to-day HR functions along with limited customer interaction and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resource Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment activities such as resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
Help prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, and reports.
Assist in organizing staff training and employee engagement activities.
Support payroll coordination and handle basic HR-related queries.
Customer Coordination (Support Role)
Assist in handling customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages under guidance.
Provide basic information about ongoing and upcoming projects (villas/flats).
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, site, accounts) for customer follow-ups.
Update and maintain customer and lead data in CRM systems.
Support post-sales communication and customer updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources / Business Administration / Communications
or related field.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
Willingness to learn HR tools like
Zoho
or similar software.
