Role Overview
The HR Management Trainee will support daily HR operations by assisting in recruitment, onboarding, statutory compliance coordination, employee documentation, HRMS administration, and store-level employee query management. The role aims to provide comprehensive exposure to HR practices while contributing to operational efficiency and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate interview scheduling and manage communication with candidates
Support new employee onboarding, issuance of uniforms and ID cards, and induction documentation
Maintain accurate employee records, including documentation & filing
Assist in statutory registration processes (ESI, PF, etc.) in coordination with HR team
Monitor daily attendance
Respond to and resolve store-level HR queries in a timely manner
Qualifications & Skills
MBA in Human Resource Management or related field (Freshers can also Apply)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential employee data professionally
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
