An

HR Trainee

supports the Human Resources department in day-to-day administrative, operational, and recruitment activities. The role involves learning and assisting with HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll support, and maintaining employee records. It serves as an entry-level position for individuals beginning their HR career.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist with job postings, sourcing candidates, and screening resumes Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates Help prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation Support induction/orientation programs

2. HR Operations



Maintain and update employee databases and HR records Assist in preparing HR reports, attendance sheets, and compliance files Support payroll processes by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data

3. Employee Engagement



Help organize employee engagement activities and events Gather feedback and assist in creating a positive workplace culture

4. Training & Development



Coordinate training sessions, collect participant data, and maintain training records Assist in tracking employee performance reviews

5. HR Policy Support



Ensure company policies are followed Help develop or update HR forms, templates, and SOPs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,500.00 per month
