Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordination).
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR databases and systems.
Assist in payroll preparation and leave management.
Support HR team in organizing training and development programs.
Participate in employee engagement activities and events.
Help with drafting HR letters, memos, and notices.
Ensure confidentiality and proper documentation of employee information.
Support compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
