About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven

HR Trainee

to join our growing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in various HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various job portals and social media Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and track application progress Support the onboarding and induction process for new hires Assist with employee engagement initiatives and HR documentation Help maintain HR records, files, and reports Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team

Requirements:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good organizational and time-management abilities Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain
