Role Overview
The HR Trainee will support the Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring Support
Assist in sourcing and screening resumes from job portals and referrals
Coordinate interview schedules (telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face)
Maintain candidate database and interview trackers
Assist in issuing offer letters and appointment letters
Onboarding & Documentation
Support employee onboarding and induction programs
Collect and verify employee documents
Maintain employee personal files (physical and digital)
Update HRMIS and attendance records
HR Operations
Assist in attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
Support statutory compliance documentation (ESI, PF, etc.)
Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies
Assist in exit formalities and full & final documentation
Employee Engagement & Support
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Support training and development initiatives
Help in maintaining a positive workplace culture
Administrative Support
Prepare HR reports and MIS
Draft internal emails and HR communications
Support audits and internal HR reviews
Skills & Competencies
Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication
Strong organizational and time management skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Educational Qualification
MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources (preferred)
Experience
Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
