Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees. Assist in employee engagement and training programs. Handle basic HR documentation and administrative tasks. Support payroll and attendance management processes. Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Required Skills:



Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of HR functions and MS Office. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail and willingness to learn. Positive attitude and team spirit.
