Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Maintain employee records and HR databases with a high level of accuracy.
Help in the development and execution of employee training programs and initiatives.
Participate in employee engagement activities and assist in maintaining a positive workplace environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources and the hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
