Qualification: MBA in HR
Experience: None required
Shift timing: 09:30am to 06:00pm Monday to Saturday.
Assist in managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, supporting background checks, and helping with orientation sessions.
Support the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salary inputs, deductions, and compliance with statutory regulations.
Help administer employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
Assist in coordinating the offboarding process, including scheduling exit interviews and helping with final settlements.
Respond to basic employee queries regarding HR policies, procedures, and payroll.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Finance and IT to support HR and payroll processes.
Stay informed about relevant labor laws and HR best practices under the guidance of senior team members.
Participate in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the HR Manager.
