Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end
Talent Acquisition
activities such as sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.
Learn and work on
CRM tools
to manage candidate pipelines and maintain updated talent databases.
Support the HR team in
HR operations
including employee data management, documentation, and onboarding processes.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and follow-ups with candidates.
Engage with potential candidates through multiple channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
Collaborate with senior HR executives to understand business requirements and talent needs.
Required Skills & Attributes
Fresh graduates (Any stream; preference for HR/Management backgrounds but open to all).
Strong communication skills in
English and Hindi
.
Eagerness to learn
Talent Acquisition practices, CRM tools, and HR operations
.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a
fast-paced environment
.
Positive mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
