ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for the recruitment cycle right from searching/sourcing and screening resumes and calling the candidates. Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to actively source potential candidates. Job Posting on LinkedIn, Social Media Platforms and referral Boards Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Work closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and priorities.
REQUIREMENTS:

0-6 months of experience in related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of HR principles and recruitment processes. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
