Responsibilities




Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and other channels Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates Support onboarding activities, including documentation and induction coordination Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination ####

Must Have




Bachelors or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field Basic understanding of HR concepts and practices Willingness to learn and ability to work in a team ####

Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and time-management skills ####
