The HR Trainee will assist the Human Resources department in day-to-day operations, gain hands-on experience across HR functions, and support HR initiatives related to recruitment, employee engagement, administration, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and files
Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events
Help in drafting HR communications and policy documents
Participate in training and development programs
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and labor laws
Perform other administrative tasks and HR-related projects as assigned
Qualifications
Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Freshers with interest in HR and talent management are encouraged to apply

Willingness to learn and adapt to various HR functions
Basic computer skills (MS Office, Excel, HRMS knowledge is a plus)
