Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Support in handling employee grievances under guidance.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Help in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Support in organizing training sessions and workshops.
