About the Role
We are hiring ambitious freshers who want to build a long-term career in HR and Talent Acquisition. This apprenticeship program is designed to offer real operational exposure, disciplined training, and a structured path to a full-time opportunity based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Support candidate sourcing, initial screening, interview scheduling, and coordination
Maintain hiring trackers, pipelines, and weekly dashboards for multiple roles
Assist with documentation -- offers/LOIs, onboarding, and verification checks
Create and update job postings, candidate submissions, and internal reports
Ensure process compliance, timely follow-ups, and structured documentation
Provide operational support to the founder and consulting team when required
Who We're Looking For
Fresh graduates passionate about building a career in HR
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Good command over Google Sheets, Docs, and MS Office tools
High ownership mindset, discipline, and a drive to grow
Compensation & Growth
Stipend (Apprenticeship): ?12,000 - ?15,000 per month
Full-Time Conversion:
?25,000 - ?35,000 per month CTC + performance incentives
Structured increments based on recruitment productivity and performance reviews
Program Details
Duration: 6 Months Apprenticeship
Stipend: Competitive (Performance-based increments may apply)
Full-time Conversion: Strong performance leads to confirmation as HR Associate
Work Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Location: Noida (NCR-based candidates preferred)
Reporting To: Founder & Managing Partner
