About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our HR department with day-to-day operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Recruitment & Hiring
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, follow-ups, etc.)
Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and interview trackers.
2. Onboarding & Documentation
Support onboarding formalities for new hires.
Prepare offer letters, employment forms, ID cards, etc.
Ensure timely collection and verification of employee documents.
Conduct induction & welcome sessions.
3. Attendance & HR Operations
Monitor employee attendance and maintain attendance records.
Assist in leave and time-tracking related queries.
Support monthly attendance closure and reporting.
4. Employee Engagement
Create greetings, posters, festival wishes, birthday cards, etc. using
Canva
.
Coordinate internal engagement activities & HR events.
Assist in updating HR notice boards, newsletters, etc.
5. General HR Support
Maintain HR records and employee database.
Assist in HR audits and compliance documentation.
Handle basic employee queries professionally.
Skills & Qualifications
MBA / PG / Graduate pursuing or completed (preferably in HR / Business / Management).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes is an added advantage.
Canva designing skills
(basic creative ability) - required.
