Assist in sourcing and screening resumes for open roles
Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication
Support new hire onboarding and induction programs
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Help execute employee engagement initiatives and events
Support HR team in daily operations and administrative tasks
Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as required
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (recent graduates welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Highly organized with attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
