Job Title: HR Telecaller
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to source and screen candidates. Schedule & coordinate interviews. Maintain candidate database and follow-up till joining. Support bulk hiring drives & daily recruitment targets.
Requirements:
Good communication skills. Comfortable with high-volume calling. Basic knowledge of HR/recruitment.
