Job Summary:


We are looking for a dedicated and confident

HR Telecaller

to handle recruitment-related calling activities for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage large volumes of calls, screen candidates over the phone, and maintain proper follow-ups to support the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to candidates for job openings and inform them about available positions. Conduct basic telephonic screening to check interest, communication skills, and job fit. Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates as per HR team requirements. Maintain and update daily call logs, candidate tracking sheets, and follow-up records. Share clear job details and interview instructions with candidates. Follow up with candidates until the interview and joining process is completed. Handle inbound calls from job seekers and resolve basic queries. Meet daily/weekly calling targets set by the HR department.

Requirements:



1-3 years of experience as a Telecaller or HR Telecaller. Excellent communication and convincing skills. Confident, polite, and professional phone etiquette. Ability to handle high call volume and multitask. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets for maintaining data. Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
