HR System Administration o Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot HR systems (HRIS, ATS, LMS, Payroll, etc.). o Support new module implementation, upgrades, and integrations between systems. o Manage user roles, security profiles, and access controls. 2. Data Management & Reporting o Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data across systems. o Create and automate HR dashboards and reports (headcount, attrition, performance, etc.). o Support HR audits and compliance reporting requirements. 3. Process Optimization o Identify and implement opportunities to simplify and automate HR workflows. o Support robotic process automation (RPA) or low-code HR process automation. o Collaborate with HR functional leads to digitize manual processes.
